Was glad to learn that Gyphron medical clinic offered microsuction services for ear cleaning. It's rare for a GP clinic to offer this service, and even rarer to find an attentive and patient doctor who is detailed in his diagnosis and treatment. My elderly parent was having ear discomfort likely due to impacted ear wax. Dr Mark Khoo was extremely kind throughout the entire cleaning process and checked in regularly with my elderly parent to make sure the process was pain-free. The receptionist is also very kind and the clinic facilities are new and clean. Will highly recommend coming to this clinic if you are looking for a competent doctor who genuinely cares about a patient well-being and treats everyone with respect

Best clinic in the east, always a good experience here. Dr Khoo was patient in addressing all my concerns and very knowledgeable. Ivy was also consistently welcoming and efficient, would definitely recommend.

The receptionist at the counter is very friendly and approachable as she would greet you with high enthusiasm and energy. Doctor Mark also provide an excellent service as he is very patient when listening to what I say, about my symptoms and concerns and would take his time to suggest some other alternative medicines or give his own advice on what food to avoid during sickness unlike the doctor from a nearby clinic, totally opposite attitude like day and night. Although the consultation fees is abit high, I would recommend to anyone that is ill who lived nearby the clinic’s area should go for a visit if you want a 5 star service and a complete, evaluated diagnosis instead of a half hearted one from other doctors that I had visited.

Very friendly nurses, Dr Khoo was nice and gentle in administering the injections, the clinic was new, clean and comfortable (fully air-conditioned). A great visit experience on a Sunday afternoon
