It is often difficult for a full and clear assessment to be done for children under the age of 2 years, and so a face to face consult at the clinic is more appropriate.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"toggle-entry\"><h3 class=\"toggle-title\">How do I obtain my MC, Invoices and Referral letters?<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\"><br \/>\nInvoices, MCs and Referral letters will be sent to your registered email.<\/p>\n<p>DigiMC is an initiative by GovTech Singapore. It is an online version of a paper medical certificate (MC) and is accessed via a unique link under the main mc.gov.sg domain.<\/p>\n<p>Gryphon Medical uses the DigiMC platform. Following your consultation, we will send a unique link for the MC issued to you via email. You can choose to forward this link to your employer or relevant parties.<\/p>\n<p>As a computer generated MC, the doctor\u2019s signature is not required. Authenticity of the MC is verified at https:\/\/site.mc.gov.sg\/<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"toggle-entry\"><h3 class=\"toggle-title\">How do I obtain my medicine? Delivery or Pickup?<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\"><br \/>\nMedication will be delivered in a one use tamper-proof sealed bag to your address within 6 hours. Next day delivery will apply for teleconsult after 8pm.<\/p>\n<p>$12 delivery fee applies. Surcharge of $10 applies to delivery for Sentosa &#038; Tuas area.<\/p>\n<p>You may also opt to collect your medication at our clinic by selecting the pick-up option during payment. Medical certificates (MC), referrals, invoices will be sent to you electronically. We will send your MC via DigiMC.<br \/>\n<\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"toggle-entry\"><h3 class=\"toggle-title\">What if my condition is not suitable for teleconsultation?<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\"><br \/>\nIf the doctor determines that your symptoms or condition are unsuitable for teleconsultation, they will refer you to a physical clinic for further examination.<br \/>\nIn such cases, the teleconsultation fee may be waived.<\/p>\n<p><\/div><\/div><\/p>\n<p><div class=\"toggle-entry\"><h3 class=\"toggle-title\">Can I get a prescription for medicine only?<\/h3>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"toggle-content\"><br \/>\nYes, you can request a prescription-only consultation. The doctor will assess your condition and, if appropriate, provide a prescription.
